SHIPPING POLICY

We're committed to getting your Pure Glam order to you safely and on time. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship
We currently ship across India.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 4–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and courier. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take a little longer. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible pin codes and orders. A COD handling fee, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, regional restrictions, or high demand. We'll do our best to keep you informed. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@pureglam.in.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Undelivered / RTO orders
If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) β€” for example, due to a wrong address, unavailability, or refusal β€” we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (charges may apply) or a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
