RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Pure Glam we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Conditions for return
Because we sell personal-care and beauty tools, returns are accepted only when the item is:
- Unused, unwashed and in its original, undamaged packaging, with all tags/seals intact; or
- Defective, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or whose protective seal/packaging has been opened, unless the item is defective.
Items that are not returnable
- Products marked "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page
- Free gifts and promotional items
- Items returned without prior approval
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pureglam.in with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue (including the packaging). We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email support@pureglam.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and share return instructions if approved.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
Please do not send items back without approval β unapproved returns may not be processed.
Return shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover return shipping.
- For other eligible returns (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7β10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect.
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer/UPI β we'll request your details securely.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
You can cancel before your order is shipped by contacting support@pureglam.in as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, it can't be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
